Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Edmonton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management for review and approval.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Processes: Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Financial Strategy: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
