**The role**
We are on the lookout for fun and engaging personalities who have a passion for delivering great experiences for our customers. We have a range of specially selected food and drink offerings and are looking for someone to take the lead on preparing and serving our customers as well as developing the crew to be able to follow your lead. And most importantly of all, keep our customers safe and having fun
**About You**
- Fly the flag for F&B
- Supervisory experience within the Leisure/Hospitality Industry
- Previous food and beverage experience is desirable
- Enthusiastic and proactive
- Lead and motivate a team whilst driving results
- Approachable by customers and your team
- Think on your feet
- Putting yourself in our customer's shoes
**Your Duties**
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
- Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
- Always maintain brand and safety standards
- Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
- Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
