We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in Edmonton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and liquidity.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, maintaining a strong control environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, driving business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of financial management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
