What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize state-of-the-art automation systems, ensuring uninterrupted production of high-quality goods.
Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for engineering challenges.
Act as a deputy to the department manager, stepping into leadership and decision-making roles when required.
Lead and coach teams to elevate technical capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Get hands-on with exciting projects—whether it’s installing new machinery, upgrading existing systems, or rolling out continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes automation and controls—a natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure. You’ll need to be a qualified industrial electrical engineer with a track record of success in a similar role. Your technical skills in PLCs, controls, and automation are second to none, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role that challenges and inspires you.
