Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategy and Operations Manager to lead our finance team in Edmonton, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and ensure financial stability.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance with tax laws.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
