Quantitative Analysis Expert

We seek a Quantitative Analysis Expert to join our construction team in Edmonton, United Kingdom.

With a strong background in quantity surveying or a related field, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects, and we offer a salary of £50,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, conducting cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles, negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and identifying and assessing commercial risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs and finances.
• Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders and project managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
