Chief Financial Officer Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to take on a leadership role in our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Manage the company's cash flow to minimize costs and maximize returns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations to avoid penalties and reputational damage.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles, with experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Package includes pension scheme, private healthcare, professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
