Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our dynamic sales team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
