Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Edmonton, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets by leading and motivating the sales team.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Train and Mentor Sales Staff: Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive sales performance.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales Strategies and Market Analysis: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • CRM Software and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales data and reports.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
