Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Technical Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, sales teams, and other relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct technical surveys and assessments to identify customer needs and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that sales teams and other stakeholders have the necessary technical knowledge and skills to effectively support customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our products and services remain competitive and meet customer needs.
  7. Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.
  8. Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide technical support and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the oil and lubricants industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and services.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  6. Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
