Job Summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for fault-finding, repairing, and maintaining a range of bespoke electro-mechanical production equipment at our client's large and modern facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault-find and repair electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Maintain and improve equipment performance to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Shift Pattern and Benefits

The successful candidate will work a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (2 days/2 nights) with an 18-day break every 6 weeks. This role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to maximize earnings through optional overtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
