About the Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive the growth and development of large national and student agency accounts. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing account strategies to boost revenue and enhance client satisfaction by understanding their core value drivers and delivering against those expectations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop account-specific plans aimed at maximising client value and retention, building relationships with additional stakeholders, and expanding our footprint across the account.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving increased sales within your account portfolio.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyse account performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to optimise client engagement.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and SU-facing teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise within client accounts, finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Booking, Reporting, and Forecasting: Ensure high CRM hygiene and provide timely, accurate reporting and forecasts to the business on an agreed cadence. Deliver insights on market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing large, complex client accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and fostering client relationships.
  • Line management, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to an Account Manager.
  • Media buying and asset deployment, alongside building campaigns and pitching new ideas. Experience in building and managing budgets is essential.
  • Developing and executing account-specific strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Data analysis, using insights to drive decisions and optimise account strategies.

What We Offer:
