Development and Execution Specialist

We are seeking a Development and Execution Specialist to join our team at Allexo Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of a 3-Year Category vision, driving category growth and delivering insights.

About the Role:

  1. Support Development: Assist in the development and execution of a 3-Year Category vision, identifying ways to enhance shopper behaviour and unlock growth opportunities.
  2. Drive Growth: Work closely with Account Teams to create and execute bespoke plans that align with customer strategic goals, driving category growth.
  3. Deliver Insights: Partner with insight colleagues to develop in-depth shopper understanding, turning data into actionable insights.
  4. Improve Retail Landscape: Develop strategies that maximise range, distribution, and merchandising opportunities, making the Consumer Healthcare category easier and more engaging to shop.
  5. Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry news, retail landscapes, and competitive dynamics to ensure the business maintains a competitive edge.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, with a strong commercial background in the UK FMCG market, including eCommerce.
  • You have experience managing top-tier retail accounts and possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
