Senior Account Executive Job Opportunity

About Us:

We are a global leader in the localization industry, providing comprehensive services to help clients communicate effectively with their audiences worldwide.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients
  • Represent client needs and goals internally within TransPerfect to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction
  • Lead specific tracks of work for large complex localization projects
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals and interests, and discuss project requirements
  • Maintain continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
  • Coordinate with colleagues in other departments to ensure efficient workflow

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management
  • Prior experience in managing complex projects
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools
