Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service to a portfolio of accounts, and delivering on revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering outstanding customer experience through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive engagement with clients.
  2. Providing in-depth product knowledge, systems training, and expert advice to clients to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, generating forecasts, and producing reports to management.
  4. Maintaining accurate records, preparing renewal documentation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or account management role, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, verbal and written communication skills, and confidence in interacting with clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
