About the Role
As an Account Manager at beBee Professionals in Norwich, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- A proven track record of success as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and shared goals.
