We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Relationship Manager to join our client, a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with potential clients and identifying sales prospects.
  • Provide accurate information to relevant departments regarding customer orders/artwork/information.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care. They should also have strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise workload and plan effectively, and have good IT and Microsoft office skills.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a print environment or similar industry.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management.

The salary for this role is approximately £28-30K per annum, and benefits include 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and a workplace pension. If you are interested in this role, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
