Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Account Specialist to join our Commercial Lines team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues, sharing your expertise and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and sales sheets, to promote our services and products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial account management or insurance sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:Baldwin Risk Partners office location.
