Senior Consultant in Nephrology and General Internal Medicine

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Senior Consultant in Nephrology and General Internal Medicine position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Renal Medicine and General Internal Medicine, contributing to inpatient care and overseeing ward management. They will also participate in the out-of-hours Medical Consultant rota and lead the Renal Tubular and Genetics Disorder Service, including the Tolvaptan Service for rare inherited and tubular disorders.
Main Duties:- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and junior staff through teaching and training.
- Hold a CCT in Nephrology and General Internal Medicine or be within six months of award at the time of appointment, ensuring high standards of medical practice.
- Welcomed applications from those requiring flexible working arrangements.
Newly appointed Consultants attend our comprehensive five-day Consultant Development programme within a year of joining the Trust.
