HCA Healthcare UK seeks a skilled Patient Journey Specialist to support our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. As part of our Patient Access team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring seamless transitions throughout their journey.

About the Role:
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the hospital database during the patient journey.
  • Pre-register or register all patients onto HCA databases.
  • E nsure all relevant patient documents are signed and scanned to patient accounts.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
