Supporter Journeys Lead

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Supporter Journeys Manager to lead a team at an international animal welfare charity. This role is responsible for managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing platform, working across Fundraising and Communications teams, and creating a cohesive automated Supporter Journeys Strategy.
This new role will require the successful candidate to fully utilise the potential of the platform, oversee testing on all website and online conversion forms, and manage a team of 2. Creating, communicating, and maintaining new processes, governance of source code structures, data marketing lists, and journey entry rules are essential aspects of the job.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and building automated email journeys in a similar platform, online donation page testing, and confident working with large data sets. They should also be experienced in managing large cross-team projects, designing audience-led digital and email marketing journeys, and developing detailed budgets.
