Service Quality Assurance Manager

We are committed to excellence in serving children and families, and we are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Sandwell Children's Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead innovation and quality assurance to enhance the quality of children's services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and inspection readiness.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Serve as the custodian of our Quality Assurance Framework and oversee its implementation.

As a Service Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality practice in our service delivery. You will have extensive background in children's social work, strong grasp of statutory responsibilities, and a strategic, forward-thinking approach to performance management and quality assurance.
