Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
