Night Hotel Receptionist

Ramada at Oldbury is an 83 bedroom hotel with a restaurant, bar and a large function/banqueting room. We are currently looking to recruit a **Receptionist** for our busy hotel in **Oldbury.**

This is a full time / 2 x part time role to cover a range of shifts on a rota basis so flexibility is key. Shifts are 11pm - 7am covering 7 days per week extra shifts will be available if required.

Duties will include checking guests in and out, dealing with guest issues, checking the rooms and communal areas are always to a high standard. Serve customers at the attached bar area.

The successful applicant will have an outgoing personality, with a can do attitude and great customer service skills. You will be reliable, punctual and a team player.
