Ramada at Oldbury is an 83 bedroom hotel with a restaurant, bar and a large function/banqueting room. We are currently looking to recruit a **Receptionist** for our busy hotel in **Oldbury.**

This is a full time / 2 x part time role to cover a range of shifts on a rota basis so flexibility is key. Shifts are 11pm - 7am covering 7 days per week.

Duties will include checking guests in and out, dealing with guest issues, checking the rooms and communal areas are always to a high standard. Serve customers at the attached bar area.

The successful applicant will have an outgoing personality, with a can do attitude and great customer service skills. You will be reliable, punctual and a team player.
