Dental Lab Receptionist

Toplabs Prosthetics are seeking a receptionist; with preferred extensive experience in the dental laboratory industry to check-in and out work and as well as other day to day operations.
The role will involve working closely with other administrative staff to ensure the workflow of dental cases are transitioned properly from one workstation to another to meet rigorous deadlines from dental practices.
Experience with dental laboratory terminology, dental parts and various dental systems is a plus however someone who can quickly learn will be favored.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day dental laboratory operations
- Manage the schedule and carry out of all receiving/shipping duties
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange, catalog and plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Comply with laws, regulations (Damas etc.)
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Must be able to obtain traceable, reproducible, and reliable results with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Having a history of working in a production dental laboratory is a plus
- Having experience working at a fast-growing office is a plus
- Proficient with current computer systems including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to cognitively switch between different types of projects with low stress
- Excellent communications skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
