Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection principles
