General Manager Role Summary

A talented and experienced General Manager is required to lead our pubs to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing your team, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the business development manager and management team to develop and implement sales growth strategies.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards and ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate your team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the pub are maintained to the highest standards, including customer and team safety.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success as a General Manager in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Business acumen, with a keen eye for financial management and control.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a growth mindset.
