Business Development and Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Director to join our team at Dmar General Contracting & Development Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the automotive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers and expand our footprint in the automotive market.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present our embedded products as a solution that drives business value.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and product positioning.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to ensure continuous improvement of the product and sales approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience winning new business in automotive OEMs.
- Strong understanding of automotive and battery market dynamics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a kind and conscientious manner.
