Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and developing strategic partnerships to advance our company's goals and business endeavors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in sales and corporate management. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and working closely with our Executive Team to design and implement a marketing program to support our sales efforts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing relationship development and future sales planning within strategic accounts.
  2. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and working with our Business Operations/Proposal Team to create proposals for new business.
  3. Representing the company at trade shows and client-sponsored events.
  4. Developing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, including data management companies and other CROs.
  5. Providing regular feedback to our Executive Team on the positioning of the company regarding pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. They will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
