Business Support Officer

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to providing high-quality services. They will be responsible for supporting the CHC business team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist administration support and advice to the team.
- Support the CHC business team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- Communicate effectively with all callers, providing professional and well-informed responses and dealing with matters in a courteous manner.
- Respond appropriately to queries and complaints on a range of complex, serious, and contentious matters.
Person Specification: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum GCSE qualification in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
- RSA III word processing or equivalent experience.
- NVQ Level 3 administration or significant relevant experience.
- Evidence of continuous personal development.
