About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bridgeway Health Services.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our Community Dental and Oral Surgery Teams. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including reception duties, data entry, and typing documentation.

You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure efficient waiting area management and provide an exceptional patient experience. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Dental and Oral Surgery Teams.
  • Manage reception duties, including dealing with patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
  • Undertake typing tasks, utilizing PC-based word processing and spreadsheet packages.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure efficient waiting area management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and protocols.
  • Order stationery and supplies as needed to ensure a well-stocked department.
  • Provide training and support to new members of staff when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or dental administration setting is highly desirable.
