Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to coordinate our projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and identifying and mitigating project risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules;
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials;
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address deviations from plan;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues;
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana;
Salary and Benefits
