As a Senior Quality Supplier Specialist in our Operational Standards team, you’ll be the owner of the business area Wind process to manage quality, health & safety, environment, sustainability and security & resilience (QHSSE) requirements within the supply chain. The purpose of the process is to enable the BA Wind ambition; World Class QHS, Frontrunner in Sustainability and a resilient organisation.

**Qualifications**

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Establish and manage;
- QHSSE procurement support process across BA Wind
- QHSSE supplier management process
- Quality supplier management sub-process
- QHSSE Point of Contact in BA wind for Supplier and contractor management, collaborating cross-functionally within and outside of Vattenfall to ensure continuous process improvement and implementation
- Coordinate the development of a standardised quality supplier management approach based on industry practice like Advanced Product Quality Planning for Wind (APQP4Wind)
- Coordinate QHSSE procurement support process training programs to ensure that employees are aware of the process, as well as understand the change process
- Monitor and analyse process risk-related data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks.

**Your profile / who are you?**
- Master degree in a relevant field such as Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including procurement from a quality and preferably HSE perspective
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and other relevant standards and regulations
- Project Management skills are beneficial in the role
- Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is seen as positive
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
