Job Title: Senior Support Worker (Nights)
Salary: £27,227.20 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team for night shifts. In this full-time role, you will oversee and provide care for individuals during the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support the night team, ensuring high-quality care is provided.

* Monitor the health and safety of individuals, responding to any issues promptly.

* Assist with personal care and support needs during the night.

* Ensure accurate record-keeping and handover to day staff.

* Act as a point of contact for any emergencies or concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience in a support or care role, with leadership experience preferred.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Compassionate and patient approach, with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and in a team during night shifts.
