As a Payroll Senior Specialist at EGGER UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. **Your Tasks**
- Prepare the information for the operation of all the Company payrolls and pension schemes as required. To process the payrolls on time and keep the time and attendance system up to date as required.
- Provide the Team Leader Payroll with timely information on payrolls values and status as required.
- Process sickness certificates and other attendance/ absence information.
- Maintain the digital personnel records with payroll and pension information, and provide timely reports and information as required.
- Maintain HR Payroll and time and attendance systems and provide timely reports and information as required.
- Support the Human Resources Manager and Team Leader Payroll with ongoing projects.
- Ensure that the payrolls comply with statutory and tax requirements and HR best practice and policy, as directed (including expat / inpat requirements).
- Report to the HMRC all monthly and annual payroll data in compliance with associated time lines.

**Our Requirements**
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in Payroll / Finance Administration preferred.
- Related work competence, (working knowledge of monthly payrolls end to end processing).
- High standard of personal integrity and good working knowledge of GDPR.
- Good standard of IT skills - Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel Outlook, Access) and Payroll, Time and Attendance systems.
- SAP experience desirable.
- Good numerical, written and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientated and accurate.
- Able to identify efficiency measures and recommend process improvements.
- Able to work on own initiative.
