**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop a digital strategy for the UK & Ireland.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of UK’s website and landing pages and ensure the content is up to date and relevant to the UK market.
- Provide timely campaign reports using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio reports.
- Contribute creative and forward-thinking ideas on how to improve our digital tools and services.
- Build relationships with colleagues at Group level and in other local markets, contribute to projects and share best practice.
- Implement website changes based on Group instructions and requirements.
- Act as Virtual Design Studio key user for the UK & Ireland
- Liaise with digital agencies where required.
- Promote digital services and tools through customer facing presentations and in-house training.
- Assist with the creation of e-learning content.
- Contribute digital design ideas for the implementation of UK marketing campaigns.
- Act as the helpdesk for enquiries coming in from colleagues and customers regarding the website, customer portal and web shop.
- Attend training courses and meetings as necessary.
- Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Company Health and Safety Manual.
