About the Role

This is a long-term Youth Offending Officer role, working with a specialist SEND provision in West Northumberland. As part of our team, you will be working closely with disengaged learners, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting learners with Autism or other additional needs
  2. Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with learners and colleagues
