Occupational Therapy Specialist

North East Ambition is committed to delivering high standards of community care. We are seeking an experienced Community Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The Community Rehabilitation Therapist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to adult residents in the West Northumberland area. This includes assessing and providing equipment and minor adaptations to major adaptations and manual handling assessments and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will prioritize resident needs and deliver high-quality service provision that meets their expectations.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post holder will be based at Dene Park House in Hexham, Northumberland, with the opportunity to work agilely from home and other NCC sites across the county as required.

- Prioritize residents' needs, ensuring timely and efficient service provision.
- Delve high-quality service provision that meets resident needs.
- Uphold robust controls, practices, and support to protect residents, colleagues, and communities.

- 26 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service (pro rata for part-time employees).
