About Our Team

We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in Northumberland.

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our residents, and we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • To conduct home visits and assessments to identify residents' needs and provide recommendations for equipment and adaptations.
  • To provide occupational therapy interventions to residents with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in community-based occupational therapy settings.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £34,314 - £37,938 per annum.
  • 26 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service.
