Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

A care home in Hexham currently requires an experienced Senior Care Assistant to work on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Care Assistant with PSR Solutions, you will participate in the formulation of individual care plans for each resident. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the formulation of individual care plans for each resident
* Provide person-centered care and support to residents
* Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained

Requirements:
* NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive and proactive approach to delivering high standards of care
