We are seeking a Support Worker with a Difference to join our team at Cygnet Oaklands in Hexham, Northumberland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs.

You will work 24, 36 or 42 hours a week (days/alternate weekend ends) and enjoy excellent career prospects while reaping the rewards of making a difference to others every day.
