Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled support worker to join our team in a school located in the Hexham area. The successful candidate will provide vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized learning plans and deliver phonics programs to small groups. Your expertise in working with SEN children, combined with your passion for education, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Salary: £90-£115 per day

Responsibilities:
- Support SEN children in a school setting
- Deliver phonics programs to small groups

Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN children
- DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of phonics programs, preferably Read Write Inc
