We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth to join our team.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing residential and respite support to children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals, as well as assisting with daily living tasks, education, and recreational activities.
