Support Worker for Young Person with Neuro-Muscular Condition

This role involves providing personal care and support to a 16-year-old girl with a neuro-muscular condition. The successful candidate will assist with daily living tasks, including showering, dressing, and toileting using mobility aids and hoists.
The ideal candidate will have a positive caring nature, be able to relate to a teenager, and have a high degree of initiative. Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this position.
The rate of pay for this role is £15.04 per hour. Flexibility is required, especially during school holidays.
