We're looking for a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.
We offer a competitive salary package and ongoing training to help you succeed in this role.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive environment.
- Pursue continuous training to stay current with best childcare practices.
Requirements:
- DBS on the update service for children and adults.
- Experience with specific conditions, such as autism or learning disabilities.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification.
