Female Care Assistant

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support adults with learning disabilities in Hexham and Haydon Bridge. As a Support Worker with Hft, you will provide high-quality care and support to enable individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
• Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.• Support individuals to engage in leisure activities, develop new interests, and pursue their goals.• Work closely with individuals, their families, and other support workers to ensure person-centered care.• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual support plans.
The ideal candidate will be a caring and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
