Adult Support Care Professional

This role involves providing comprehensive support to an adult individual to enable them to live independently within their own home and engage fully with their local community.
Responsibilities include facilitating the individual's access to various activities, services, and opportunities, ensuring their continued independence and well-being.
The successful candidate will require flexibility, including working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting an individual to live independently.
- Facilitating access to local community activities and services.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Female staff only need to apply.
- Part-time flexible hours required, covering days and nights.
- Car driver required, insured for business use.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Patient approach and effective communication skills.
- Flexible attitude and caring nature.
- Interest in arts, music, and exploring the local community.
Part-time hours available, requiring flexibility on a rota basis. £13.09 per hour.
An enhanced DBS will be required, cost met by Northumberland County Council.
