About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their dignity and individuality.
- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
- Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
