Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist.
About the Role:
- Provide personal care and support to a young adult with a neuro-muscular condition, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility.
- Assist with accessing community leisure activities and outings, such as shopping and social events.
- Support with problem-solving and adapting to changing situations.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with clients.
- Understanding of disabilities and ability to provide respectful support.
- Ability to work independently and have high initiative.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour
Flexibility is essential, especially during school holidays.
